♦ Have a lasting impact on your readers, and your business
♦ Position you for higher fees and better opportunities

Start creating valuable assets.
Your 8-Week ‘Short-Read’ Planning Program
Includes the essential ‘Book Clarity’ and strategic ‘Book Blueprint’ stages
CLARIFY YOUR BOOK CONCEPT
1: BEGIN by identifying your book and business goals. Define your book’s deeper purpose and connect it to your business goals. You’ll clarify exactly how your book will serve your professional vision and growth desires.
2: Your Ideal Reader & Their Core Problem: Get crystal clear on who your book serves and the specific problem you’re uniquely positioned to solve for them. No more writing for ‘everyone.’
3: Your Book’s Core Message: Uncover the one clear point you want to make in this book, so it resonates with the reader and directs you in your writing.
4: Choose a Suitable Book Structure: Use my proprietary process to determine the recommended structure of your book based on your readers’ readiness and your goals and expertise. You will have a choice of book structures and individualised worksheets to guide you, depending on what works best for you and your content: personal transformation; problem-solution; diagnostic; and more.
DEVELOP YOUR BOOK BLUEPRINT
5: Look into comparative titles: Where will your book sit in the marketplace? How will you differentiate it?
6: Promise to the Reader: Map out the complete journey you’ll take your readers on – from struggle to success.
7: Chapter Outlines: Use our proven book blueprint tools to map out exactly what goes in each chapter and why.
8: Title, Subtitle & Table of Contents: Craft compelling titles that make your book irresistible to your ideal readers and create a table of contents that guides them seamlessly through your solution.
9: Design Additional Tools: Plan any worksheets, templates, and action guides to assist your reader and turn insights into results.
10: Finalise your Comprehensive Book Plan with everything mapped out, from opening hook to final call-to-action. You’ll leave with a roadmap that makes writing (Step 3) straightforward and focused.
11: Write the first draft of marketing ideas, including your book cover blurb.

‘We were so impressed with Dr Damien Barry’s manuscript when it was proposed to us that we accepted it straight away. Thank you Bev for all the work you did with Damian in the planning stage, as his book coach. Great result for everyone and we are so proud to be publishing this important piece of writing.’
